  I would not recommend Dr. Frankel for your dental needs. His receptionist is consistently rude, if you have a major dental issue and you find yourself in pain, he will refuse to prescribe anything, and consistently quotes a price for specific dental work and then states he never did so. If you request him call you just one time for any reason, he will not. After terminating my relations for all these reasons, I had to file a formal complaint with the Board of Dentistry to get copy of my dental records. Also, he is down to 3 days a week as he will be retiring so he is really at the point, he just really does not care about anything.
